Originally constructed in 1914, 1776 Green Street is a historic building located in San Francisco’s desirable Cow Hollow neighborhood, nestled between Pacific Heights and the Marina. The building has been meticulously reimagined by Sutro Architects into a premier residential masterpiece.
The project will feature five 3-4 bedroom condominium units, each designed with spacious living areas, luxury finishes, and private outdoor spaces. The residences also have two parking spots per unit. The building is currently under construction and is expected to be completed in mid-2024.
