The project, consisting of 48 studio apartments, is located one block from the UC Berkeley campus on a tiny 3,700 sf lot in downtown Berkeley. At an astonishing 570 units per acre, the project is a study of efficient urban development.
The studio units range from 350sf to 427sf, and all furnishings are custom designed to make the best possible use of the available space.
