The 28-unit project, designed by Handel Architects, seamlessly blends into the surrounding architecture, featuring inverted folded bays that create a butterfly window typology. These champagne-colored bay windows, clad in metal, are a nod to the bay windows found in the adjacent Victorian buildings, while the dark charcoal panels add a touch of modern sophistication.
The Belvedere offers residents stunning views of the surrounding neighborhoods and the Bay from its rooftop terrace. The building also features a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, a media room, and a pet spa.
