3705 Haven Avenue Project: New Residential Development in Menlo Park
After a year and a half in the planning stages, a residential project at 3705 Haven Avenue in Menlo Park is moving forward. The project, spearheaded by Oliver Davis via March Capital Fund and designed by LDP Architecture, will see the construction of an eight-story apartment building with commercial space on the ground floor.
Increased Density: The project has been redesigned from a previously proposed three-story building to an eight-story building, offering 99 units and maximizing the use of available space.
Affordable Housing: The project includes 10 units designated for very-low-income households, addressing the critical need for affordable housing in the area.
Vibrant Public Spaces: The project offers ample common area, including landscaped open spaces and publicly accessible outdoor space, fostering community interaction and engagement.
Sustainable Design: The project is designed to meet the City’s Municipal Code and State Density Bonus Law, encouraging sustainable development practices.
