This project involves a significant transformation, showcasing our deep capabilities in complex urban renovations, particularly on challenging sites.
Key Project Challenges & Self-Performed Expertise:
The site presented considerable logistical hurdles. Our team performed extensive excavation, removing almost 1500 cubic yards of soil largely by hand due to site constraints. This required a robust shoring design, which we also executed, ensuring stability throughout the process. Foundation walls were then meticulously poured in sections to accommodate the site’s unique conditions.
Leveraging our in-house capabilities, Achill Beg is self-performing critical structural elements. This includes all concrete work, excavation, shoring, structural steel welding, and framing. This integrated approach ensures seamless coordination and the highest quality control for the entire structural shell.
