618 Octavia is an eight-story residential infill project located within San Francisco’s Western Addition neighborhood. The project will replace a four-unit apartment complex with 40 new homes, including replacement apartments for the current residents. The project is designed by Handel Architects and will include 51,780 square feet of residential space and 1,380 square feet of retail space. The project will also include a solarium, rooftop deck, and private backyard. The project is located across from Freedom West, a 2,387-unit mixed-use proposal from the March Capital Management.
